1983年出生，一名孩子的母亲。
从小就喜欢整理收纳，经历了结婚和生育后，
意识到自己擅长简化家务和精挑细选物品。
25岁时开始关注有机与自然派彩妆，
当时主要以海外品牌为主，并持续至今已超过15年。
2021年开设了小红书账号。
除了作为极简主义者的生活方式，
也分享彩妆、护肤以及自己独特的时尚观。
